Probably not and it's mostly because the investing public is to lazy to complain or even care. The media will push any issue they think we care about to get ratings.

They even almost pushed Congress to get into the middle of the Martha Stewart battle, which was a ridiculous waste of taxpayer time. Like a lady friend of mine said, if a man would have done what she did he would have almost been considered a hero by many, or at least it would have been no big deal.
