MRV Provides Third Quarter Update

CHATSWORTH, Calif., Sept. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MRV Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRVC - News), a leading provider of networking solutions and optical components, today provided an update on its third quarter financial revenues. The Company anticipates net sales for the third quarter ending September 30, 2002 to be $54 to $56 million. Excluding its one-time write down of Goodwill and Other Intangibles Assets, the company expects a decrease in net loss compared to last quarter.
