Company Press Release

Toll Free Cellular Chooses Saville CBP to Provide Flexible Billing
and Comprehensive Customer Care for North American Free Wireless
Calling Services

BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 1997-- Saville Systems (NASDAQ:SAVLY) is providing Toll Free
Cellular with a billing and customer care backbone that will help the company expand its free wireless calling services to the
top North American cellular markets. Saville's Convergent Billing Platform (CBP)(tm) enables Toll Free Cellular to easily
adapt its cellular service offerings to meet market demand and provide more responsive customer service to its rapidly
growing customer base.

Toll Free Cellular chose Saville CBP because of its scalability, customization and comprehensive customer service
capabilities. Combined, these features will enable the company to provide numerous service packages to a larger number of
customers and improve its customer service efficiency.

Toll Free Cellular is the first company in the cellular industry that provides service-oriented businesses, such as take-out
food chains and banks, with 800 numbers that let their cellular customers call them toll free. Callers simply dial #800 along
with the business' number, and the charges are reverted to the business. As Toll Free Cellular continues to experience rapid
growth, Saville's scalable system will enable it to easily handle increased call volumes by letting it track and bill for more
customers.

Toll Free Cellular will use Saville CBP's flexible customer care and marketing options to meet its unique market, product
and customer needs. For example, the company will be able to create a broad variety of pricing plans that enable it to offer a
variety of service packages. The system also lets Toll Free Cellular re-use numbers in multiple markets, giving it more
flexibility in assigning numbers. This means that unlike regular 800 numbers, which can only be used once, Toll Free
Cellular's #800 numbers can be used by two businesses in different regions, an important benefit to companies that may
want to use the same ``vanity'' number.

``Our business depends on our billing and customer care system's flexibility. We need to be able to re-package our services
quickly in a variety of ways, depending on the carrier we work with, to accommodate different pricing plans and billing
requests. Saville CBP provides us with a flexible, tailored system that will help us meet our customers' needs,'' said Jurij
Pikas, CIO of Toll Free Cellular.

Saville CBP has also helped Toll Free Cellular improve its service by being more responsive to customers. Saville CBP lets
the company perform every customer care task, from instantly signing up new customers to managing customer accounts,
from one integrated system. Prior to Saville CBP, Toll Free Cellular used a long distance reseller's billing system as an
interim approach. Saville CBP adds new customers to the system in seconds. Saville CBP is also very accurate, making it
easy to calculate charges and ensure correct billing.

Preparing for the future

Toll Free Cellular has partnered with wireless carriers across the country to make its #800 services available to businesses.
The company's goal is to provide its services to the top national cellular markets. The Saville solution billing system gives
Toll Free Cellular the advantage of a billing and customer care infrastructure that will carry it into the future.

``In an industry teeming with competition, Toll Free Cellular is in a unique position. The company is taking all the right
steps by building up its business so it can capture market share,'' said John Kiley, senior vice president of sales and
marketing at Saville. ``By choosing Saville CBP, Toll Free Cellular is developing a strong foundation for its billing and
customer care system that will help it retain and grow market share.''
