Believe that # includes 5% owners as well... which includes FMR Corp owning 21M shares. According to S\H Meeting statement, all executive ofcs & directors as a group own only 31.5% or 64M+ shrs. Still would be tough, however; why would they take the poison pill? I imagine FMR is NOT too happy with the current price & definitely not wanting to be moved to the pink sheets. FNSR really doesn't seem to have a sense of urgency about the situation, either...rather slow about making the cuts necessary to turn this ship around. Quite frankly, i'm not too pleased with their nonchallant(sp?) attitude as well. Big Insider buys & new products announcements are great but it won't put bacon on the table. They are definitely having trouble convincing the big money that they are taking the corrective action needed ...hence the dumping of shares.
