The chart still shows heavy accumulation and excellent support at $4. PCTH is now in that "quiet" phase where the volume is low but is being slowly accumulated. There's no way to know how long it will last but I'm not going to risk anything so I'll just hold tight. $4 3/8 proved to be stubborn but maybe next time, it'll blow right past and not look back.
