I've been away but the last time I talked to one of the engineers, His opinion was that some parts of the required technology was still in the works ... hopeful but not completed.

Japan had lower standards of what was needed for a primary test. USA wants more tests made at that time. So a more advanced set of tests need to work to get primary test FDA approval.

So either FDA will be more tolerant or Neopath will get the added tests on line. Each test needs to not interfere with previous tests, in a way that all permiatations are clean of bugs.

Now that I'm back in town I'll see if there is new information during the last 3 weeks. But, the upside of this stock makes it one of my recomended ... one amateur to another.
