ddl, on your revised numbers...

You dropped plant cost from $85M to $75M but not by enough IMO. Plant cost totals are stated at ~$65M by recollection, without my going back to the filings, and this building has room for one more machine.

You dropped your estimate of current PV panel costs all the way down to $1/W which is too low IMO. Bekaert/Unisolar/ECD are guarding their cost figures, but best I have heard is that they are aiming for costs under $2/W now. In the future, at 100 MW scale, Stan & ECD have said they can get costs to $1/W or less which means PV would compete directly with standard utility generation & transmission rates without need for subsidy. When and if that occurs,whether by us or other PV manufacturers, it will be revolutionary.
