Thing is, as everyone knows,Haywood and T Sanchez have locked up more than 1/2 the float. While I agree in essence with "They basically need to hit the jackpot with HIPAA. If they don't, the convertible will take them down, hard." I 'm wondering what'll happen if it turns out that as a result of CIgna, this Washington CHITA "trial", or something else that comes along ,that ZIX starts signing up many more seats than guys like you imagine. I've talked to the company and they seem to really believe this "Viral" stuff, and presumeably so does Haywood, since he certainly won't be one who would make out "anyway". Not that I'm stupid enough to think that a short squeeze would be enough to carry the day, I just think that there could be an interim period where things start looking better for Zix and things could get quite uncomfortable for those short, before the ultimate outcome is actually knowable. So I'm still left wondering, if you're short and you've already made money, why take the risk going after the crums?
