But, maybe he has part of it -- maybe the dollar is as strong as it is, because the dollar is already discounting a war and the US will be considered a "haven." Kind of nutso reasoning, but you've got to think like a nut to understand things as they are now --

I don't think the fiscal stimulus of a war will do what he says, though, it won't produce some kind of "saving" inlfationary environment. This time IS different.
