So what? The 'market' (I assume you mean the stock market... not bond or currency or hard asset markets) isn't responsible for a very significant portion of the taxes required to pay down that immense debt... that's the good old American middle class who will get walloped.

... Unless you are counting on inflation to dilute the debt....
