Morning Sergio,et al...Can you give me any info on DFIB's issuable shares for the survial link acquistion? I would guess they have all been issued? Still trying to find the terms..I read the s3 and ammended s3, but maybe I have to go back further for the detailed info? I see CIBC was involved in some share placements, funny, now I see why they have a strong buy on the stock, not that I disagree..Any info would be appreciated. Looks like I will be rained out today, back later this morning..;^)DD
PS: anyone ever used that spray insulation in a can? Brutal stuff,I've been trying to get it off my hands and fingers for hours(gasoline, hand cleaner,finger nail polish remover,soap), worse than super glue<g>
PSS: if we can ever see dfib break above 2, then I think we would be poised to make a very, very strong run..But heavy resistance up till then.. |
