Paul, interesting post, taxes never become part of my investment strategy, either. One of the few times I held a stock (near the year end) because I wanted to defer taxes into the next year, my stock got hammered and I ended up with less than if I had taken profit and paid the taxes. Guess everybody else was thinking the same thing<ggg> If you have a chance take a look at AIPN as a technical play. I tried to play it last week, and was stopped out at a loss, it traded down to near 1 1/4, now back to nearly 3, pure speculation, but something to look at. bp
