I tried, but they no could do. Good thing, too, since it was at around 11 euros at the time. <g> IBIS' wafer revenues are puny at the moment, but at least they're growing. They also notched the first order for their new model implanter this month; the i2000 is capable producing both 200mm and 300mm SIMOX−SOI wafers. Just another tech deck chair... WT
