Thursday's price action was a change in behavior, a constructive change in behavior. Unlike the typical early Lap
Dances we've been exposed to -- in which the market pops up on the heels of the prior day's excitement only to be
met with limp follow-though and a complete failure to hold on to gains -- Thursday showed some spunk.

The sell-the-rally mentality prevailed as the S&P hit its 10-day moving average at 856 after three hours of trade
Thursday morning. But the difference in behavior was borne out when the open was tested and buyers stepped
back up to the plate. Stocks came back to end on their highs. The market is talking.
