Betty, Yes, I have been burned by trying to beat the tax man, but only once. But it was a 3rd degree burn. I was one of the lucky who got the IPO price for PSIX a few years back ($12). Well early december roled around and my stock was at $27! I got greedy and held. It of course tanked to about half of that and I had to hold longer (dead money) to get out at $16. :-( PS:I just got out of AIPN for a 1/4 pt gain. (Another day trade by TA). The stock sucks though. <GGG> It was just days ago and it was tading at 1 1/2. I got out about then because it showed weakness. Never second guess a trade.
