It depends on what number they are using as their poverty level...in all cases, the military are in the bottom half of the payment scale, so that makes them below poverty level.

The democrats have seen to it the military is as weak as possible...

If you want to do something about poverty, tell your congressman and senators to vote the military a huge raise!
