nice Patch, I still focus on govt debt and public debt
they only report the smaller public debt
ignoring SocSec obligations, CIA, FBI, clandestine arms shipments to dictatorships, and miscellaneous scummy ventures
this does not account for unauthorized weapons schematics stolen over unprotected internet lines

I vividly recall Trez ONeill mentioning casually that the 2001 USGovt deficit was $400B, all tolled
not the publicly cited figure of $125B

the game continues until all participants suffocate with debt service costs
i.e. NOW

the most alarming figure I read is that in aggregate within the US Economy, fully 76% of the GDP consists of debt service
this is not interest payments, but the cost of repaying debts with interest
utterly shocking
the game is in its twilight
