Paper trading results from a beginning Pitbull. I thought it would interesting to post my results using Mr. Ford's techniques as I work them from IBD until I actually start to trade. Week 1 (7/13) I acquired two stocks from the recommended list downloaded from the Pitbull Web site: NMTX Novametrix Medical KDN Kaydon Corp Week 2 (7/20) Porfolio up 8.73 percent. I ran the IBD and came up with 19 stocks that met the criteria, five meeting the three tests for culling using the EPS and RS. One of the five I already owned so I added it to my paper portfolio planning to exit the stock when one of the mechanical stops take me out: HKT Hong Kong Telecom I matched the list that was posted on the Web site except I chose FLGS (which appears valid) and missed seeing their selection CBSB. For my fourth selection I acquired: LEN Lennar Corp Based on rising industry indications and good earnings projections. Joe
