Janice, Jeff, Jerry, Dumont & Salem. I had requested you cease & desist your actions against me publically on this thread , and thru my lawyer's communications & I sincerely hoped you do just that & move on with your lives so we could avoid court. It seems that disparaging me has become a major part of your lives, if not what you apparently live for, and I see my only remedy is the legal system. Saying that, I'm informing you that me & my lawyer will move ahead with the lawsuit in the very near future. I am requesting for the LAST time that you cease and desist and this request/post is of the public record, dated 9/27/02. I hope you will see that continued libel and disparagement of me is not worth it. Please reconsider your actions against me. I am informing you, 9/27/02, that if you simply cease & desist that I will not move forward. If you continue, I will. If you have any questions, Janice knows my attorney and he will fill you in on our intentions. The choice is yours.
