Again, you miss the pointS. ABX isn't "hiding losses." Gold production is NOT a "very inelastic market." Do not single out gold production as a "paradoxical hedging" example, unless you are willing to apply that conclusion to all commodities, not just gold. Your assumptions need work...a LOT of work.
