Insert "Never second guess a successfull trade" in my PS to you. You are exactly right. But if I pounded my head each time I missed a peak or a valley, trading would become to much work. I too utilize buy/sell stratagies, but the are very dynamic to the stock/market/entrance/objective/time/chart. No strict rules...except for one....ALWAYS PRESERVE CAPITOL! If I'm in the money by an 8th (it depends how much) and the stock is moving up, I set my stop to cover my initial investment minus fees minus spread. Then I try to move it up as appropriate.
