Mostly we give away money to people who don't really need it. Most of them people who bribed G.W. Bush to get special favors.

Did you read the one about how the Walton Family gave $350,000 to Jeb and Georgie down in Florida and in return Jeb and Georgie made sure that Wal-Mart was the sole supplier on tree planting campaign to the tune of $52 Million? That's an obscene payoff for the bribe, don't you think?
