Again you big dummy, I ask, are government unions legally unable to strike, when non-government unions can?

Why are you being so obtuse on this?

It is a given, that the debate is whether to give the new employees of the DOHD union status, or not. Which would include, among other things, the power to stinking strike.

Now if you have some piece of legalese to put up in front of my face and say "SEE! SEE HERE! I was right! Government Unions Can't Strike!" If you can do that, then you will have earned yourself another huff on that bag of gasoline and feces matter.

Else you will just have to go without the gasoline.
