Would the US win or SA? Afterall, one might recall how even the miniscule European duchy of Grand Fenwick defeated the US when a trade dispute over wine exports led to a declaration of war despite the fact that the Grand Duchess was doing everything in her power to lose the conflict and so earn reconstruction from the US.
