MSI, most of what they did at Enron was probably fine according to the law. That is full of holes and tailor made for fraud. At least it was. They've probably closed some obvious holes but lawyers will continue playing that mess. Speaking of the devil; why haven't any lawyers been jailed for their parts in countless scams and shams? Or maybe that was all "legal".
