Sinclair has hit the nail on the head at least on one item. When interest rates start to rise and we are now at 40 year lows in mortgage rates, gold will start to rise. The refinance and real estate bubble that many here have denied may come to a screeching halt the next few months or at least within the next year. I live in a modest $140K to $185K home price neighborhood in one of the fastest appreciating areas of Oregon the last few years (Portland)which is about 2nd to California. Prices are just starting to soften and turn down.
