(Nasdaq: HIFN - News) announced today it has acquired certain assets and intellectual property from a private company with operations in Framingham, MA and Research Triangle Park, NC. Hifn has retained that company's Storage Business Unit design team and established a Hifn East Coast Design Center in Framingham.
