Through the morning USA: 5½ and Europe: 6½ Afternoon matches are really close and now on holes 12 to 16 Europe is 2 up in 1 match (Montgomerie & Harrington) and 1 up in 1 match (Garcia & Westwood) while USA up 2 in 1 match (Calcavecchia & Duval) and 1 up in 1 match (Hoch & Furyk). Garcia & Westwood v. Woods & Love III with 4 holes to play shaping up to be the big one as it should be. This is great stuff ... crowds behaving very well - like they should with none of the Brookline nonsense, and the weather is great. - Eric -
