A mistake? No. A big pain in the ass. YES. I have had quite a few rocks thrown my way. He taught a lot of people about stocks and junk. I certainly will never look at a stock the same way. As far as these allegations go, I am like everyone else, waiting for the trial. I could hypothesize all day but it would be pointless, we simply don't know enough about the allegations. If he did these things then he screwed up and will certainly pay for it. These allegations are not about people shorting crappy stocks. And certainly represent a tiny fraction of all the calls he made. I can understand, you being on the other side of his barb and being more upset. So be it. I am not exactly happy about all this, but I am not going to throw away 3 years of trading and shorting over something I certainly had no involvement in or clue about.
