Sure, the SEC was the main problem at the time, but Digger saying "I told you so" over and over while everyone else was saying the SEC was wrong, only fueled the flames wouldn't you say?

Yes, the stock did spike when TT won, and then there was some selling by the insiders. Isn't that consistent with most companies? These people have basically been working for free for how many years? Would you? I wouldn't!

The fact that they chose to sell their stock when the price was up, indicated their willingness to wait to sell the least amount of stock to get their money out. The opposite of that is that is causes the least amount of damage to the value.

I think that also explains why insiders sell now as opposed to when the price is down.
