It is total BS. The theory is based upon the
investor who says to his broker, "Get me out of
everything NOW". The broker does so, and the
prices drop. Mean while, the market makers wait
until they have a chance to pick up a good company
at a cheap price. When stocks are oversold (as now)
ANY upturn in the Volumn by the major brokerage
houses indicates that the prices are going up.
Bottom line, Be careful, be very carefull!

IMHO the days of buy and hold are gone! The market
right now, is a crapshoot - take the money and run!
RE; placement of funds, check out the carts on RFMD,
AFCI, and ORCL. I would like to pick up CSCO at 10.
Can't understand AFCI drop to 12+. The company has
a 8. cash per share on its balance sheet! Probably
due to some meat-head analyst. Looks like a good
but from my perspective, but the charts show its heading
lower and has not hit a bottom.

Best Wishes!
