Hi Hawk -

Don't be paranoid about the crow in front of the Air and Space Museum. The fact that West Nile kills crows has been known 2002, since the first cases broke out in 2000 in New York. In 2001, there were many alerts to be careful about dead crows in DC.

(All our neighborhood crows died this year. I may actually get some pears next year, instead of the crows getting them. A late frost killed all the blossoms this year, no pears this year, but there's always hope when you garden.)
