This, indeed, is good news. Reading "between the lines" we can assume that Mr. Saxe, who has been very "conservative" in communicating
the Research Frontiers "story", would not have hired TSI if Research Frontiers was not VERY close to having the film mass produced by one of their film licensees. Moreover, it is unlikely that TSI would have accepted the assgnment (given their policy) if such was not the case.

I believe, after studying TSI's website, that they will be instrumental in opening many "doors" for Research Frontiers.
