This is really to no one in particular. My phone message to GRNO was returned and my questions were answered. I spoke to Paul Woesner who told me, (1) work on the second machine has been inactive and will probably remain that way until a firm order to purchase the unit has been received. After the termination of the conversation I recalled that, a down payment had been received earlier in the year for the first of 3 units to be built and delivered this year to RecOil, Inc. with a deposit being received for the first unit (re: MicrocapCC press release, 1-6-97) and another firm order via signed contract with downpayment of $500,000 included and financing already arranged (re: MicrocapCC press release, 2-3-97). This is the unit for Research Fuels. I wonder how those down payments will be handled on the upcoming quarterly report. (2) the quarterly report is complete but at the lawyers' being reviewed. As soon as the review is completed, it will be distributed to shareholders, etc. Somebody else call these people. I'm tired of throwing my nickels away.
