I uninstalled Kazaa and I am still getting the Unhandled message. According to that help site someone there mentioned Promulgate file. I did a search and this file came up. I tried to delete it but I got the message "cannot delete delfinAD.ebd It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again. This is definitely the file that has pgmonitor and pgsdk.dll in it. I can see this when I click on the file name. Anyone know what this Promulgate is and if any other programs I might be running also use it?
