Based on past Edgar filings 10-Q should be mid-Aug. Seems to me they have been making an earnings announcment about 2 weeks before that. Still do not understand a director buy of 8900 shares 6-12-97, a good news announcement 7-12-97 and then 1/4 point drop in a little over a week!! Surprised you executed a buy at 3/4. My time/vol/price list is showing executions only as low as 3/4. Must be filling a sale @ <3/4.
