scoot i woke up on saturday with and felt a slight twinge in my lower back. by early evening i was immobilized and nothing could dull the pain - until we found some tylenol 3 left over from an old rugby injury. that at least left me pain free if i lay perfectly still on my back, knees up. i've progressed somewhat, i can now maneuver the stairs sort of. i feel like i should be dead, i look like i should be dead. all in all, it was not a good weekend. rose ps - i like your photos
