I downloaded the AdAware ran a scan and couldn't find any file even resembling what I was looking for. I ended up figuring out how to get rid of the file. When I would do a file search and it came up, I was trying to delete it from there. It kept saying that something else was using this file. So I went into add/remove and saw a program there called DelFin (something or other) - removed that and now the unhandled exception is now gone.

As far as the Adaware - I'm totally lost. I ran a scan for Scan Memory, Scan Registry - quick and deep, and checked the c for the drive. A load of items came up , but I haven't a clue what the heck any of them are - it tells you to pick which ones, back them up , and delete? I could just as well be reading a Chinese newspaper - the one item I was searching for was not in there so I just left everything there.
