Wow - Key announces another aquisition for 31 million - They are on an aquiring binge - As long as they are accretive to earnings that is fine with me but mgmt will be challenged to make sure the transition to new ownership moves smoothly. Looks like they are targeting larger companies now. It will be interesting to see what they have to say about their future outlook in the upcoming conference call. Hmmm I wonder if Lehman advised them on the aquisition. Too funny how this industry works.
