Les, that's his personal money, not Windsor. he hasn't run that fund for years.

only guy i know who is really heavy into builders is Ken Heebner ; he runs CGM and he used to be regarded as a really savvy investor (i don't know if his reputation is still as good but have no reason to believe its not).
