D.J., it's really pretty simple. The man was negative and said we would have a bust. I don't recall him saying Dell would die, just that it was an overstuffed/overpuffed tech like many others. I suppose long term buy and holders that purchased almost four years ago should be relieved that they are only down 50% or so... I agreed with him then but am swinging more to your side every day now as the market continues to plunge. As for cash rich, big deal, I think SUNW has more cash than Dell and is selling for $2.59/share. How about Intel at 13?? The point is, I didn't hear you or most others on this thread a couple years back talking about the possibility that the 'tech revolution' might be a bunch of bull. Fleckenstein said many techs would go to 3 when it's all over, and it looks like he was right on the money. I don't claim to be smarter than you, but it was NICE to at least be 'smart enough' to be 'tech bearish' a couple years back and avoid this mess.

Best regards,
John
