Rodger: I should say I averaged down at $17 1/4

after the pre-announce. Also, in '96 sold several covered CUBE calls which of course expired. Thus my inital 3/96 $50 buy is down to $37 via calls. With the post pre-announce additional $17 1/4 buys my overall average isn't that bad. However, I was scared for my money when after hitting $21 she slipped slowly back to upper $16s and today looks a lot better than those days.

Just wondering if you considered averaging down twice recently when she was in upper $16s ?
