It's the NJ Supreme Court, and that's so packed full of liberal democrat appointees they've gone so far as to, in one case, declare that they didn't care what the law was and ruled against the law.( Didn't overturn the law, just said screw it. )

TGP, I thought you knew it was the NJ Sup. Ct and not the big guys. I guess Reps are only into states' rights if they think it will help them.
