Canada never declared independence from Britain. It was not til 1982 that you Canadians received power over your own constitution. You have a Parliamentary system of government, like England. Your system of justice is like England's. When I was in college, yes college Doug, and my political science professor said that it is much easier to prove slander in liable in the British Court system because you are assumed guilty.....France too, must governments are like that. Shall be discuss the differences between your court system of justice and ours????? I would love to....you are much better off suing for slander in a Canadian or British Court than here. Hope you are right about GE Doug, I think some people around here have the money and motivation to go after you. But I am so stupid, I am sure I am wrong. C in O, who actually has credentials in her chosen profession.
