As with any package, the following equation applies:

Brutto = Netto + Tara

in the "Turkey, weapon-grade material" hoopla, that means

33 lbs = 140 grams of weapon-grade (?) U + Tara

The 33lbs quoted is !!Brutto!!, which includes 140 grams of payload, according to CNN (see below). Tara, i.e. nearly all of 33 pounds (minus the said 140 g), is the lead container[Made in Germany] (see CNN pictures), without which handling the payload equals death warrant. Iff, it was U235 or something of this kind at all - and not some rogue U (to use the PC qualifier).

No idea how they got the 140 g number. If they just opened the cylinder, weighed the powder and survived the last 48 hrs, then it's even more ridiculous:"Sorry, no 33lbs of U235. Have some lead and soda powder instead..."
