to be honest, I don't think so. I don't think that the gov't is going to be sympathetic to any of the big telecom players right now. Remember that Qwest, WCOM and even ENE were playing in the telecom field. It will be bad politically to do what is right because the assumption will be that they should be toasting all of the telecom guys over an open fire.
