Global Crossing chump just finished whining to Congress about how the industry crash decimated his poor company, and the hard working 'family' that worked together there. He sold over a hundred million in stock while assuring the employee shareholders in his family that all was well. He feels so bad for them. Reminds me of Mrs. Kenny Boy Lay crying about how broke they are. When he takes that hundred million and doles it out to the people he lied to and deceived, maybe he'll be worth listening to. Who set up this system that lets boards of directors decide pay levels for the people/friends who appointed them in the first place anyway ?
