jj, they pull those numbers out of their ass. This stuff's been going on since June, so everyone who's got a CYA situation has been shipping early since May. The impact is nada, nill, nothing. It's just a ploy to get Bush involved, and the PR stuff is part of the ploy to generate fear and push him. I guess the fear stuff is working <G>.
