looking back, i think shanahan did a great coaching
job last night. there were several uh ohs that just
happened... like when you hit a great golf shot and
the ball hits a sprinkler head in the fairway and
careens into the rough. but because of shanahan's
strategy there were ample chances to come back.
the outcome of the game was still in question until
that final field goal attempt was missed.

gotta give the ravens credit for the win though. they really played well.

but most of all i think it was a great game for greise.
not that he played well... he played poorly. he blew
every chance the broncos had to come back. he forced
passes and threw several that he shouldn't have. he
played like an inexperienced quarterback. it was good
for him... he learned at least a year's worth of lessons
last night. he's more experienced now.
