If the real estate market gets tough, it might be more profitable to concentrate on finding a good *relo* property for sale than looking for a foreclosure. These are properties purchased from corporate relocation employees when they have to make a quick job transfer and generally represent pretty good deals.

The only question today, however, is how many corporations are actually relocating their employees and paying their moving expenses. I imagine this aspect of the real estate business is way down from previous years in many parts of the country.
